Overview

  • 25cm Height - The Classic Large 250 is the ideal height for your slightly taller small dogs.

  • Stainless Steel Bowl -  A large 900ml bowl compatible with slow feeder inserts.

  • Grippy Non Slip Feet - Increased surface friction to help prevent your hungry pup from pushing the stand around.

Its ergonomic design promotes healthier posture, helping to reduce strain on your dog’s back and relieve tension during meals. It’s not just a bowl, it’s a thoughtful addition to your pet's well-being. Made from durable materials, this bowl is easy to clean and built to last. Whether for your own pup or as a thoughtful gift for another dog lover, this personalized dog bowl is both functional and stylish. Give your beloved pet the dining experience they deserve!

Which Dog is the Classic Large 250 suitable for?

An elevated bowl height of 25cm (roughly 10 inches) is built for solid, athletic, medium-to-large dog breeds standing approximately 50cm to 60cm (20 to 24 inches) tall at the shoulder.

At 25cm, the bowl aligns cleanly with the middle-to-lower chest area, eliminating the need for these taller, leggier dogs to sprawl their front paws or bend awkwardly at the neck to reach their food and water.

Here are the main categories and breeds that benefit most from a 25cm elevation:

    1. Deep-Chested & Leggy Breeds

Taller medium breeds with deep, narrow chests are natural gulpers. Elevating their dish to 25cm keeps the esophagus straight, allowing food to pass smoothly into the stomach while reducing the amount of air swallowed during fast eating.

    • Border Collies
    • Australian Shepherds
    • Standard Poodles (Smaller to medium adults)
    • English Springer Spaniels
    • Siberian Huskies (Smaller females/medium adults)
    • Vizslas (Smaller adults)

    2. Athletic Sighthounds & Deep-Hinged Breeds

Dogs with long legs and tucked waists have to awkward-bend or "giraffe stance" their legs outward to reach floor-level bowls. A 25cm elevation supports a relaxed, natural standing position that protects their elbows and wrists.

    • Whippets (Larger/taller males)
    • Lurchers (Medium-sized mixes)
    • Salukis (Smaller adults)
    • Ibizan Hounds (Smaller adults)

    3. Broad & Heavy-Set Medium Breeds

For sturdy, thick-necked medium dogs, bending down to floor level places high mechanical stress on the cervical spine and shoulders. Raising the bowl to 25cm lets them maintain a level spine through mealtime.

    • Boxers (Smaller/medium females)
    • American Staffordshire Terriers / AmStaffs
    • Olde English Bulldogges
    • Australian Cattle Dogs (Taller/larger adults)
    • Bull Terriers (Standard)

Sizing Check: Measure from the ground to the lower edge of the dog's chest. If that height sits comfortably between 23cm and 27cm, a 25cm stand is the ideal match for their frame.

25cm+) are far too high. A 16cm feeder offers ideal natural head alignment.

    • Cocker Spaniels (English and American)
    • Cockerpoos / Sproodles (Medium/standard size)
    • Beagles
    • Whippets (Smaller adults)
    • Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties)
    • Basenjis
    • Miniature Schnauzers (Larger/standard size)
    • Tibetan Terriers
    Care Instructions

    Warning:

The elevated raiser is a delicate decorative item and needs specific care when cleaning. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure your raiser keeps looking great.

How to clean your Elevated Raiser and bowl:

    • Remove the Stainless Steel bowl. (The Stainless Steel bowl can be washed like any other kitchen item and is dishwasher safe.)
    • The decorative raiser stand should be hand washed with a damp cloth only.
    • DO NOT submerge the raiser stand in water ! This will cause the stand to warp and loose shape.
    • DO NOT use hot water, lukewarm slightly soapy water should be used to clean the raiser.
    • Dry the raiser immediately after cleaning, do not allow water to sit on the surface for a prolonged duration.
