Are STL's Available.
Not yet. Files for you to purchase and print at home are not currently available, but we intend to make custom files available in the future.
How long does it take for you to make a custom item?
From placing your order it typically takes around 2-3 days to produce your item before it is ready to be dispatched.
What is 3D printing and how does it work?
3D printing (or additive manufacturing) creates physical three-dimensional objects directly from a digital 3D model file. Instead of cutting or carving material away, a 3D printer builds the item layer by layer from the ground up, joining thin cross-sections of material until the full object is complete.

Can I return my item?
Please contact us prior to sending your return as it is not always possible to accept a return on a custom item. You can send us a message via the contact page.

Can I change my order once I've placed it.
No, you are unable to make adjustments to your order yourself. However, if your item isn't yet being produced there may still be time to adjust things or cancel your order. You can send us a message via the contact page stating your order number and the changes you'd like to make and we will try to make the adjustments.
