How long does it take for you to make a custom item?

For physical made-to-order items, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be made and dispatched. Delivery time is additional; see our shipping policy.

What is 3D printing and how does it work?

3D printing (or additive manufacturing) creates physical three-dimensional objects directly from a digital 3D model file. Instead of cutting or carving material away, a 3D printer builds the item layer by layer from the ground up, joining thin cross-sections of material until the full object is complete.

Can I return my item?

Can I change my order once I've placed it.

No, you are unable to make adjustments to your order yourself. However, if your item isn't yet being produced there may still be time to adjust things or cancel your order. You can send us a message via the contact page stating your order number and the changes you'd like to make and we will try to make the adjustments.

Which feeder height is right for my dog?

Raised feeders work best when the bowl sits at a comfortable height, not so low that your dog strains their neck downward, and not so high that they have to reach up. A common starting point is to measure your dog's shoulder height while they are standing on a flat surface, then choose a feeder whose height sits a few centimetres below that measurement.

The table below maps shoulder-height ranges to the feeder heights and bowl options we stock. Use it as a guide only, every dog's build and eating posture is different, so it is worth observing your dog at mealtimes and adjusting if needed.

How to measure: Stand your dog on a level surface. Using a tape measure or ruler, measure vertically from the ground to the top of the shoulder blade (withers). Write the number down before you shop.

Bowl capacity: The 330 ml bowl suits most small-to-medium portions. The 900 ml bowl is better suited to larger dogs or owners who prefer to top up less frequently.
